Every confirmed attendee gets a ticket with a QR code, which they can add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. At the door, you or your co-organisers scan it with the phone's camera: the arrival is recorded straight away and a second scan is flagged. You can also find attendees by name in the list. No equipment to rent.
A digital business card for networking. If you turn it on, every confirmed attendee can create their card: name, job title, company, LinkedIn and, if they wish, email, phone number and photo. Two attendees scan each other's QR codes and each gets the other's card, ready to add to their phone contacts in one tap. Exchanges are open from 2 hours before the start until 7 days after. If you turn the option on, everyone receives an SMS recap of the people they met the next morning.
No. You only see overall statistics: cards activated, number of exchanges, activity hour by hour. Each attendee chooses what they share and can deactivate their card at any time.

Yes, on the Pro and Team plans (not with pay per event). Your attendees pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. The money goes straight to your Stripe account, then to your bank account within 2 to 7 business days: EventsManager never holds it. Fee per payment: €0.30 or 3% (whichever is higher) on Pro, €0.20 or 2% on Team, Stripe's fees included. Payments in euros only.
In France: servers and databases are hosted by OVH in Roubaix. SMS to French numbers are sent through French providers. No data is ever sold; every subcontractor is bound by a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement, and transfers outside the EU (payments, anti-bot checks, mobile number verification) are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
With pay per event and the trial, event data is deleted 30 days after the event date. On Pro and Team, it stays available from one event to the next, so you can easily invite your contacts again. Networking cards are deleted 30 days after the event, whatever the plan.
The organiser interface and attendee pages are available in French, English and German.
